Dr. Goff attended Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, where he completed his undergraduate degree. Following undergraduate studies, Dr. Goff moved on to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School to complete his medical degree in 1993. He underwent his internship and residency training at Parkland Memorial Hospital and St. Paul University Hospital, both prestigious medical facilities.

Following the completion of his residency program, Dr. Goff gained extensive experience serving in many roles throughout the healthcare system. He has worked in affiliation with Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, served as the medical director for both the Baylor Ellis County Community Health Clinic as well as the Pleasant Manor Nursing Center in Waxahachie, Texas, and created his own vibrant medical practice. Throughout these experiences, he has come to be seen as a caring and dedicated physician committed to community wellness.

Dr. Goff is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a proud member of the Texas Medical Association, the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Directors Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society. In addition, he has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Republican Gold Medal Award for 2002 and 2003 and the Courtesy Staff Physician at Baylor University Medical Center.
